Bathroom plumbing is the part of a renovation you cannot go back and fix cheaply. Once the waterproofing is on and the tiles are down, a waste in the wrong place or a fall that does not drain is a demolition job, not a callback. So the work that matters happens early, at rough-in, before anything is covered.

That means getting the set-out right against the actual fixtures you have chosen, coordinating with the waterproofer and the tiler so nobody is waiting on anybody, and being on site at the points where the sequence actually depends on plumbing. I will work into a builder's program or run the plumbing directly with you if you are managing the job yourself.

01 Do you do the whole renovation?
No. I do the plumbing, properly, and coordinate with the other trades. If you want a single builder carrying the whole job, you want a builder, and I am happy to work into their program.
02 When do you need to be involved?
Before demolition if possible, and certainly before the set-out is locked in. Fixture choices drive the rough-in, so the earlier those are settled the fewer compromises get made later.
03 Do you handle the waterproofing?
I coordinate with the waterproofer so the sequence works and nothing gets covered before it should. Waterproofing itself is its own licensed trade.
